Overall, good experience.
I feel like the bikini could fit better though. I am between sizes and even though I sized up, it still digs in the back and underarm area a little bit while the bottoms are a bit lose.
But for the price, it's still pretty good

Pretty horrendous customer service. Don’t try to call their customer service line because no one will ever answer. You’ll be allowed to wait on hold for about five minutes and then the company will tell you they’re hanging up on you. It takes many days to get a response to your email. Stay away from these guys very far away. This is intended for a customer service in the United States. I don’t have any experience with this Company outside of the US.

Got delivered over a week later, not possible to contact via phone.

To get in touch with this company is what it makes worse.

Guys just make sure your clients can reach you.

Got my ski suit when I got back from skiing

Beach wear are superior quality, surfing leggings are values returned of you money. Design should be Global (Mediterranean) not only Californian.
Wetsuits will be my next investment.

I ordered two pairs of flip flops. They were not shipped, instead I got a refund after a week, without explanation. I ordered them again. Same thing happened. I sent an email to the helpdesk to ask what happened. Got no reply.

The order was delivered very quickly, however the return process is very lengthy. The company provides return barcode and it’s easy to post it but the time to process return takes a long time, during which the customer doesn’t get updates. After a couple of weeks I was worried about no messages received and the only thing I could check online was whether the return package was delivered on post nl website.

Great service, fast delivery and good quality material. The size guide made it really easy to determine which size I needed (top) and the products fit perfectly. For the bottoms I would recommend to take your usual size, regardless of the size guide suggestion.

I placed my order, received confirmation, received a notice that the warehouse was shipping my item as well as a tracking code. I kept checking the tracking code which did not work. When my order was due to be received I got an email stating my money will be returned. I guess I don’t receive my goods then? No reason. No response from customer support. A real shame because I love the brand and was very excited for my order.

I love this coat!! Was -10°c outside and I was toastie as piece of fresh toast. Have to wait at bus stops and it's almost as if I'm still inside in the warm.
This is my second coat from O'Neill, the first lasting 7 years without incident.
Super happy, can not reccomend enough!!
